Refund Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
1. Overview
Sheetfront offers a Free Sandbox so you can test the product before starting a paid plan. Starter and Pro plans may include a 14-day trial with a payment method required at checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
2. Trial Cancellations
If you start a paid trial and decide not to continue, cancel before the trial end date shown at checkout and in your billing portal. If you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription will not renew into a paid charge.
3. Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a paid billing period starts, except where required by law. However, if you believe you were charged by mistake, forgot to cancel shortly after a trial ended, or could not use Sheetfront because of a product issue we could not resolve, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.
4. When Refunds May Be Declined
Refunds may be declined where allowed by law for heavy usage during the billing period, repeated refund requests, violations of the Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or requests made long after the charge.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on Paddle, your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. You may also use Paddle buyer support if your receipt or billing email links to Paddle support.
