Refund Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Overview
Sheetfront offers a Free Sandbox so you can test the product before starting a paid plan. Starter and Pro plans may include a 14-day trial with a payment method required at checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds for paid Sheetfront plans are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
2. Trial Cancellations
If you start a paid trial and decide not to continue, cancel before the trial end date shown at checkout and in your billing portal. If you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription will not renew into a paid charge.
3. Subscription Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or Paddle's Refund Policy, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis under its Refund Policy, and applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights continue to apply.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using the same payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Paddle, your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
5. How to Request a Refund
Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link inside your Sheetfront billing page, or visit Paddle buyer support and select the refund request option.
