1. Who We Are

Sheetfront is a software product operated by June Domingo under the Sheetfront brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Sheetfront website, dashboard, APIs, forms, Mini Pages, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, login provider, and support messages. We also collect product information created through your use of Sheetfront, such as Sheet connections, form settings, API configuration, Mini Page settings, usage counts, delivery status, and diagnostic logs.

When you connect Google Sheets, we receive the Google account and Sheet access needed to provide the features you enable. Your Google Sheets remain in your Google account.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide Sheetfront, authenticate you, connect to Google Sheets, publish forms and Mini Pages, operate APIs, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, send service messages, provide support, and improve the product.

4. Google Sheets and Form Data

Sheetfront accesses connected Google Sheets only to perform actions you configure, such as reading Sheet rows for an API or Mini Page, writing a form submission to a Sheet, or updating a row through an enabled API endpoint.

Sheetfront's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Form responses are saved to your connected Google Sheet by default. Sheetfront stores delivery metadata so you can see whether a response reached the Sheet, and stores response contents only if you enable the Sheetfront inbox for that form.

We may temporarily cache or process Sheet data to provide the service, improve performance, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid trials, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, and payment details are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Sheetfront does not store full card numbers. We may store billing identifiers, plan status, subscription status, and related metadata returned by Paddle so your account receives the correct access.

6. Third-Party Services

We use service providers to run Sheetfront, including Google for authentication and Sheets access, Paddle for billing, hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics tools, and support tools. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Logs

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics events, and server logs to keep you signed in, understand how Sheetfront is used, measure product performance, detect abuse, and fix bugs.

8. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers, when you direct us to publish or send data through Sheetfront, when required by law, or when needed to protect Sheetfront, our users, or others.

We do not use Google Sheets data for advertising, and we do not manually review your Google Sheets contents. If support or security investigation ever requires looking at connected Sheet data, we will keep access limited and ask for your permission unless we are legally required to act without it.

9. Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Sheetfront, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request account deletion or data deletion by contacting us.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your Google account, Sheetfront account, and API keys secure.

11. Children

Sheetfront is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. International Processing

Sheetfront and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using Sheetfront, you understand that information may be processed where we or our providers operate.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Sheetfront changes. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version took effect.
